Form Block and Custom Endpoints
Configure forms to submit to your API or third-party services.
The Form block renders a configurable form. Submit to your own API or services like Formspree.
Field Types
Support text, email, textarea, and select. Fields can be required. Validation runs client-side.
Submission
Set the form action URL. For Formspree, use your form ID. For custom APIs, point to your endpoint.
Success Message
Configure a thank-you message after submission. Optionally redirect to another page.
